They troubleshot and found a loose wire on EM Heating unit, recharged our heat pump unit that was low on refirgerant for a reasonable rate. We liked the job they did enough to ask for a service contract with them.

Here is the email I sent to Lou Who this morning: I just wanted to tell you that your technician did a superb job yesterday! Seth was knowledgeable, professional and very honest about the condition of my heating/cooling units and what the best route to take would be in order to get them working properly without costing me an arm and a leg. The units are very old and will need to be replaced in the near future but the recharging and cleaning of the coil yesterday certainly bought me some time. I will definitely be recommending Lou Who to my family, co-workers and friends. Thanks for the speedy response and excellent service!
