My heat pump was making a loud noise. At first they thought that the issue was the compressor, but after they cleaned my Heat Pump system, the sound disappeared. The did not continue to try to sell me something that it did not appear to be the issue. Which I thought was pretty honest of them. They said that if the noise comes back, we know what the issue is and that we could get the part fast. Honest and affordable $69.95 to clean my system I think that it was a special that they were running, so it may be nmore for you."

Was contacted by Lou Who Contracting almost immediately after submitting a request. Set up an appointment, which Mike showed up for on time. Of all the people who provided estimates for our project, Mike appeared the most knowledgeable. He was the only one to measure our duct work to see if it was capable of handling a bigger A/C compressor. Prices provided for our project by Lou Who were very competitive and they offered several alternatives. Installation of the system we chose went smoothly. Ran outside duct in a concealed location as I'd requested. Very happy so far; looking forward to lower utility bills.

THE best experience! We recieved more information regarding our needs than any other contractor. We had received 4 estimates and Lou Who came in with the most thourough bid. They were not the least expensive, but their knowledge and evaluation of our needs reassured us that they were the best. And they were! Timely, very clean, very polite crew.
