Lou Who Contracting, Inc. is owned and operated as a family business. The husband and wife team decided they wanted to run their own business and started Lou Who Contracting in 2005.

They were both interested and active in the "green" movement and decided they wanted to incorporate the theme into their company. They concluded that although there were many Heating and Air Conditioning companies out there that just wanted to make sales, few companies seemed to be informing their customers of the benefits of investing in energy efficient systems; systems that are more environmentally friendly as well as easier on the consumers pocket. In addition they wanted to put the emphasis on customer satisfaction and form bonds that would last.
